Treasurer

Beaverton Downtown Association (BDA), a 501(c)(3) organization that brings fun and charm to downtown Beaverton, is currently seeking an accountant to join our board of directors as Treasurer. In this role, you will provide financial leadership and direction. Responsibilities include monthly bank reconciliations, assisting with budget preparation, bi-monthly financial reporting to the board, and working on the Executive Committee to represent the financial side of the strategy. The commitment averages 8-10 hours per month. The ideal candidate would enjoy giving back to the Beaverton community by sharing their financial expertise. The current Treasurer is willing to help transition you into the role. Bonus points for experience with QuickBooks and not-for-profit accounting. If this sounds interesting, please contact me.
