Real Estate

The Real Estate Project Committee develops programs for the Real Estate Conference, which is generally held in June each year and provides an overview of recent developments and important issues in real estate with a focus on taxation.

The Committee works to identify topics pertinent to the CPA profession, select conference speakers, and represent a variety of member interests and professional practices at the conference, such as CPAs with clients who own property, property owners, or anyone thinking about buying, selling, or owning real estate for investment purposes, as well as those who wish to know what to expect regarding tax laws and economic trends.
