One common theme you’ve likely heard in your career is to “work on your weaknesses.” What if, instead of working on our weaknesses, we instead, decide to focus on our strengths? In the second session geared towards our uniqueness and personality as leaders we will dive deep into Tom Rath’s “Strengths Based Leadership” Bestselling Book. Participants will take a self assessment before the program. Once we identify our own strengths we can supplement our weaknesses with other team members.
