The firm was founded in the year 2000 with only three employees. Today, the firm boasts over 20 professional staff with a unique client base of private and public companies.
Holmes & Company, LLP is one of only three local firms in the Portland area registered with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) as we perform professional services for public companies. As a “registered” firm, we are required to undergo more comprehensive “peer reviews” and thus, maintain only the highest level of audit practices. In addition to our traditional services practice, Holmes & Company, LLP is one of only a few firms in Oregon maintaining a dedicated Japanese Services Practice.
