Nargiz Ali zada, AICPA
Nargiz Ali Zada, MBA, FCCA, is a corporate business trainer working primarily with international mid-tier accountancy and consulting firms where she teaches accounting, audit, leadership and management. She also has a full-time job as revenue accounting manager in IDEXX where she is leading closing the books for revenue for the Europe and APO regions.
Before she started teaching, Nargiz was the Chief Financial Officer in Synergy Group Inc, Baku, Azerbaijan. In this role she led and implemented projects impacting the increase of profit margins and cost efficiency, creation of the system of financial KPIs and designing new management reporting arrangements. Nargiz also previously worked in Deloitte, Moscow, Russia as an audit manager. Her main focus was the audit of IFRS financial statements of the financial institutions and oil extracting companies. She has over 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial audit, project management, team leadership, professional development and team coaching. Nargiz is a Fellow Member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants for over 15 years.
Her volunteering experience includes Charity Chair at IWC (International Women's Club) in Moscow, Russia and personal tax return preparer for seniors with low income in Gorham, Maine.
Nargiz is an accomplished speaker and has spoken to various organizations in different countries on many topics.
