Kieran Mako is an aspiring CPA currently pursuing a B.S. in Accounting from George Fox University. His love of accounting stems from a natural inclination to problem solving and analysis, but also the ability to work with and communicate to others. He is looking forward to an upcoming internship with Aldrich in summer of 2025, especially to gain more hands-on experience.
After college Kieran will have completed the 150 credit hour requirement and will sit for the CPA, which he is thankful to have a head start on, with UWorld CPA review. Kieran plans to start in audit at a mid-sized firm for a few years and see where that leads, but he is excited for all the possibilities. With a strong interest in forensic accounting and fraud, he may pursue a career in that field down the line.
Outside of academics and accounting, Kieran loves music and plays upright bass for the GFU jazz band and electric bass for his church. He loves coffee, quality time with friends and family, and the Pacific Northwest.
